Job Title : Techno-Functional - Payroll-Lead Solution Architect

Location : Houston US

Duration : Fulltime/Contract

 

• 6 to 8 years experience working in PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 and 9.1, specially in Global Payroll  Support and Maintenance and / or Implementation projects.
• Coordinates and performs activities related to the Requirement gathering , Gap Fit  analysis, design, and support of application software for PeopleSoft HCM modules with payroll , as well as several other related applications
• Excellent project management skills and ability to lead a team.
• Uses deep business knowledge of multiple businesses or sub domains to drive PeopleSoft HCM Projects
• Experience designing and configuring PeopleSoft applications.
• Possess Functional and Technical knowledge on various modules of PeopleSoft HCM Solutions( Global Payroll is mandatory).
• Experience using a systematic approach for problem analysis and resolution as well as the resourceful evaluation of solution alternatives
• Ability to effectively work and collaborate with business users
• Basic Knowledge of Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, COBOL, PS Query, Crystal and nVision.
• Able to translate customer's requirements and issues into efficient solutions.
