Oracle PL/SQL w/ Crystal reports - Support Consultant

 

Houston, TX, United States

6 months+

$50/hr BEST

 

Role: Support Consultant

•             Provide Level 2 and 3 support for Production Systems

•             Interaction with application Vendors for Level 3 support if required

•             Provide support for "urgent" production problems and abends

•             Input and suggestions to Problem Management

•             Prepare Task Briefs for Level 3 support

•             Documentation of problem resolution

•             Coordinate within team to ensure performance and quality of services

•             Report weekly maintenance and enhancement activity status on deliver

•             Coordinate with business end users for requirements clarification and ongoing status updates

 

Application in Support: EDV, EU, OASIS and AMR

Skill Required: Oracle, PL/SQL, Crystal Reports

 

2 professional references of the Reporting Manager from latest projects highly preferred.
