Description:
Lead Adobe AEM/CQ CMS Developer who has recent digital consumer experience with the Adobe AEM/CQ product suite, including CQ, CRX, CQ WCM, DAM and Social Collaboration. The candidate should be a strong Java developer with recent and direct experience using the Adobe AEM/CQ software, including setup and configuration knowledge.
Responsibilities
· Interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications for content and collaboration solutions
· Translate client requirements into technical designs
· Design and implement customer engagement strategies to support multi-site, multi-channel, multi-lingual delivery environments
· Develop digital consumer experiences based on the foundation of the Adobe AEM/CQ product suite, including CQ, CRX/CRXDE, CQ WCM, DAM and Social Collaboration
· Design and implement components for the Adobe AEM platform
· Build solutions on top of the Adobe WCM, DAM and Social Collaboration modules
· Create and integrate content-driven applications on top of the AEM/CQ core platform
· Define implementation processes, quality gates and standards
· Define best practices to manage performance and scalability of the content management and content delivery solution
· Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management implementation
· Adopt and utilize iterative/Agile methodology as needed or requested
· Experience setting up CQ5/AEM projects using Maven and standard eclipse tools
Required Experience / Skills
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering
· Strong analytical, problem solving, and production diagnostic skills
· Overall 5-7 years' experience with 2-3 years working with web content management systems, including one or more CMS packages such as Adobe AEM/CQ (version 5.5+)
· Extensive knowledge of setup and configuration of the Adobe CQ CMS product
· Relevant experience in SQL, JSP, XML, HTML, MVC, JSF, REST, SOAP, XML/RPC, JBoss, Tomcat, CSS, Java Servlets, JEE and JavaScript
· Experience implementing, enhancing and troubleshooting Adobe CQ5 installations
· Mastery of all core web technologies including XML, and JSP, and Web Services development using RESTful implementations
· Deep understanding of Java, JEE, servlets, JSP, tag libraries and JSTL skills, combined with a strong understanding of Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
· Proficient in Adobe CQ foundational concepts, including the CRX repository, the CQ platform, the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix
A solid understanding of all Adobe CQ building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, etc., and the CQ development and deployment process
