Job Description:

·         We need a person who had good SharePoint administration exposure on SharePoint 2010/2013 and understand SharePoint patching/AD along with good customer handling skills. 

·         Would be required to ensure that the Hardware & Software systems are implemented and functioning.

·         Would be responsible for the planning of the roll-out process and sequence of new systems and platforms.

·         Would be responsible for Source Code control which would include Creation and managing the code branches, merging the code base etc.

·         Would be responsible to prepare engineering plans, instructions, mapped IT system diagrams and installation technical design packages.

·         Must have strong project management or supervisory skills. He will be in charge of the deployment and connected IT staff, and he must supervise, review and evaluate their work product.

·         Identifies deployment and management impacts to Incident Management to ensure that these are included into solutions for use by Tier 1/2 support on possible issues that may be experienced.

·         Attends daily stand-ups, reports on deployment and asset management, and provides deployment and asset management guidance as needed.

·         Reviews and provides guidance for deployment and asset management plans.

·         Organizes and facilitates deployment and asset management retrospectives.

·         Fosters transparency and feedback by raising deployment impediments and by presenting information using appropriate tools and techniques.

·         Promotes continuous improvement.

·         Ensures proper documentation of all processes.

·         Trains other processes teams on the effective use of deployment and asset management planning.
