QA Test Lead-BI

Requisition Details:

Responsibilities:

-Lead team members located on-shore and off-shore

-Follow SDLC and apply QA standards during test planning, test preparation, test execution, test/defect management, and project wrap-up

-Provide level of effort estimates and create QA project schedules

-Plan testing effort and provide daily status to project stakeholders

-Analyze business requirements and design documents

-Create integration test cases, test data, test strategies, and test plans from BRD and design documents

-Interact with QA Manager, business analysts, technical teams, business stakeholders and project managers  

Requirements:

•             10 years plus experience in BI with atleast 5 years in Testing

-Four-year degree in computer science or related field

-QA Lead with test management, defect management, and problem resolution experience – 5 years experience

-On-shore and off-shore team leadership – 3 years experience

-Hands-on experience with SDLC, QA processes, standards, test management, defect management, problem resolution, status reporting - +10 years experience

-Strong written and verbal communication skills 

-Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills

-Strong attention to detail, self-motivated and a willingness to learn

-Capable of working on multiple projects and various tasks simultaneously and independently

Technical Requirements:

- Business Intelligence

2 professional references of the Reporting Manager from latest projects highly desired.
