·         Should have 6+ years of Validation of Tools/Instruments in Pharma

·         Should have experience in validation strategy, validation principles

·         Should have Pharma and validation background

·         Should be able to write SOPs, Issue Reports for various validated systems

·         Should be able to work with business and technical teams independently

·         Good communication and Attitude
