SAP BPC/BW Support, IM Analyst

This position will share responsibility for the technical/functional support, maintenance and configuration of SAP BPC 10 NW/BW delivered and developed applications and objects. The positions primary goal is to interact and coordinate with our Accounting customers to ensure their applications function according to requirements.  Additional responsibilities include mentoring and training the customer in business use and administration of BPC and mentoring and training IM staff in techno-functional support of BPC and BW.  This position also interacts with BW technical support as required since data for our BPC application comes from BW.

The IM Analyst reports to the Managed Assets FICO Supervisor.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and communicate with customers regarding application support, maintenance, configuration and deployment in our SAP financials environment  
* Work with Developers and other technical staff for resolution of technical issues
* Comply with departmental standards, meet SLA's, and meet reporting and documentation requirements
* Review and recommend process revisions based on SAP BPC needs and best practices
* Confer with clients regarding the nature of information processing or computation needs
* Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
* Determine how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes
* Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
* Consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate solution

Requirements
Qualifications
This position requires self-awareness and initiative. The individual must be able to develop and execute effective
Information Management and Business Analyst practices. They must be comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical level.
* A minimum of 4 years progressive applicable experience in SAP FICO configuration and support
* A minimum of 4 years' experience with SAP BPC
* Able to perform and manage a variety of complicated tasks and implement effective solutions
* Ability to produce quality functional documentation including requirements and process diagrams, etc.
* Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while still maintaining high quality standards
* Outstanding oral and written communication skills
