Need rfp, rfi, rfq experience

 

Client is seeking a qualified Business Analyst to assist with requirements analysis, business process development, and rfx development. The individual will also elicit, translate, simplify, document and manage requirements for information technology projects.

 

Contractor should be able to clearly identify business and technical requirements; document detailed specifications; verify requirements and meet stakeholder expectations; and manage processes to ensure project team members deliver to stated requirements.

 

Contractor should be able to perform business process analysis; conduct comparisons of business processes with management software application capabilities; document, recommend, and facilitate process and/or configuration changes; and perform strategic business analysis to support internal users. Furthermore,

 

Contractor should have excellent business and technical writing skills.

 

 

 

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

_       Identify and draft technical and functional requirements for rfx_s.

 

_       Defines and documents business functions and processes;

 

_       Consults with functional unit management and associated personnel, as well as external stakeholders, to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current and future operational procedures, and input and output requirements;

 

_       Tracks and fully documents changes of functional and business specifications;

 

_       Writes detailed universally understood procedures for test script and training purposes;

_       Assists in the preparation of proposals to configure/modify systems and/or implement business process operational changes;

 

_       Conducts detailed analysis of existing system integrations and/or data exchanges, develops business process and/or data flow diagrams, and documents future integration requirements;

 

_       Provides technical assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching professional and technical staff;

 

_       Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications: Education and Experience:

_       Three years of experience gathering technical and functional requirements for large-scale, enterprise IT projects;

 

_       Proven experience in developing business processes

 

_       Must have excellent business and technical writing skills;

 

_       Must have strong interpersonal and organization skills.
