6+ years of software development experience
6+ years of object oriented programming experience (Visual Basic, Java, C#, VB.NET)6+ years using Microsoft SQL Server
Read, understand and write custom queries
Manipulate data from one data source to another data source
Ability to read, understand and interpret legacy code (VB6, C# and VB.Net)
Ability to produce technical and non-technical documentation based off of legacy code
Must be a self-starter
Must be able to work independently
Experience working in a team oriented environment
Experience working with multiple team members (BA, Developer, DBA, System Architect, PM)
Well organized with great attention to detail
Great communication Skills
Speaks clearly and is easy to understand
Can communicate effectively with multiple team members at a given time
Email communications are clear and to the point
Not afraid to ask questions or ask for help
Will ask for additional work once assigned work is completed
