Job Title: Oracle ERP Testing Leader
Location: Van Buren Township, MI 48111
Duration: 3+ monthsContract

Essential Responsibilities
Act as an Oracle ERP subject matter expert and project test leader for GE wide ERP implementations, upgrades and consolidations.
Work with GE Business teams and contractor groups to build team, strategize and execute testing of GE ERP systems
Understand quality testing tools/processes commonly used to test ERP systems (e.g. HP UFT, QTP, QC/ALM, Panaya services)
Proficient at developing content and presenting to senior and executive leaders
Able to handle multiple projects successfully with proven project management skills
Able to travel for customer meetings, training or conferences

Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience working with Oracle ERP systems
Minimum 1 year of experience in Oracle 12.x /EBS ERP
Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or ERP application testing

Desired Characteristics
Master's or advanced degree in Information Technology
Working knowledge & prior experience using testing tools such as HP UFT, QTP, QC/ALM, Panaya Services
Prior experience leading teams of contract resources to execute on multiple projects in parallel
Six-Sigma / PMI / PMP Certification
IT CAS or ITLP graduate
Highly self-motivated, able to work independently and make local decisions
Demonstrated ability to independently develop and execute IT projects and assist Functional clients in planning initiatives. Also coordinate between Infrastructure team members for project related tasks
FastWorks knowledge
Strong analytic and problem solving capabilities
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and/or industry activities.
Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong customer relationships and creates processes with customer viewpoint
Strong analytical skills – strong problem solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans

to resolve.
Change oriented – actively generates process improvements; supports and drives change, and confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways
