Description

Overall Purpose: Responsible for end-to-end project management throughout the life cycle of a software/system development project/program. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 
. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Project Management. 
. Conducts end to end project management of large or multiple large projects. 
  Works as a team member or runs individual projects and is responsible for completing projects within allotted timeline and budget. 
. Defines project scope and objectives, coordinates activities of a project team, and identifies resources. 
. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. 
. Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. 
. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. 
. Communicates with internal clients and external vendors.


IT Project Management: Should Have An Experiance In IT Project Management For 3 Yrs.

MS Project: 3 Yrs.

. The Client Manager is the primary point of contact for assigned clients and serves as the liaison into IT and other various teams. 
. The Client Manager is responsible for supporting client production issues and projects. 
. The position requires experience with the software development life cycle process utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, familiarity with use cases, software testing concepts and client server transaction processing environment infrastructure basics. 
. The ideal candidate will be an independent thinker and a strong self-starter with excellent analytical skills in both the business and technical arenas and have strong proactive problem solving skills combined with a results-oriented management style. 
. The Client Manager position requires a well-rounded background in Business Analysis, Requirements Management, Project Management and Production Support knowledge. 
. Previous experience with XML, process flows, client onboarding and client facing experience required. The Client Manager position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and requires interface at multiple management and client levels. 
. The ideal candidate will have strong skills with the Microsoft Office Suite of products and Sharepoint. Quality Center ticketing experience is a plus.
