Background information
Multiple  projects are awaiting project management to be in place prior to their start. This MSA request will be used to recruit telephony savvy project managers.
Typical Background/Skills/Experience: 
  Project Manager reporting to, and working closely with the County's Infrastructure Program Manager and Telecommunications Manager.  This role will manage multiple Telephone Systems related projects for the County.

The candidate should have experience in managing multiple large scale projects concurrently and at least broad familiarity with the technologies involved.  The selected candidate will perform all essential Project Management functions: project leadership, communication, scoping, manage project spending, timeline, risk mitigation, overall execution and change management elements to ensure successful project delivery.
