SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- Testing In depth Knowledge of integration testing concepts
- Analysis - Understanding of the Business Processes In depth knowledge of business operations and software configuration
- Configuration / Customization In Depth Knowledge of "FICO" configuration
- Architecture Understanding of "FICO" and Application Enterprise architecture
- Communication Ability to translate between technical and business language; appropriately adapting communication style and content to audience
- Requirements 5 years experience in Financial and Controlling modules gathering requirements, configuring and customizing, Experience supporting FI-GL, FI-FI-AP, FI-AA, COPA
- Requirements Strong communication and written skills
- Requirements Bachelor's degree, or equivalent job experience
- Requirements Experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of individuals, including managers, directors and executives
- Prefers Experience in SolMan - ChaRM
- Prefers Experience in complex SAP environments supporting multiple SAP components
- Prefers SAP certification(s) strongly preferred
- Prefers ITIL Experience
- Prefers Vertex expertise
