Production Support experience is mandatory "Java / J2EE (Java, Swing, Spring, Hibernate, EJB, Oracle, PL/SQL, Jboss, Weblogic)" Part of Support team, Need to handle L2 tickets as well and when L1.5 team is not working in a particular shift they have to handle L1.5 response as well.
