· Strong application development experience in Java/J2EE development

· Should have worked in Agile/Scrum methodology

· Strong experience in Spring Integration – critical to have

· Strong experience in developing RESTful WebServices

· Should have experience in Hibernate

· Good knowledge of transaction management

· Good communication, analytical and learning skills

· Good knowledge of JMS

· Experience in enterprise design patterns – nice to have

· Experience in any kind of iLog integration – nice to have
