Title: Service Engineering Consultant

Location: Redmond, WA

Duration: 6 months

 

Job Details:

Service engineering experience with the following skills
• Collaborating with operations team and building solutions by means of automations using PowerShell/C# programming
• Strong windows servers and internal exposure
• Hands on experience in IIS, SQL server
• Good debugging skills
• Exposure to Azure will be added advantage

 

Title: Network Security Consultant

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Duration: 6+ months

 

·         8+ years of technical I.T. infrastructure or operations experience.

·         5-7 years hands-on experience in a telecommunications environment.

·         In-depth knowledge in WAN transport systems/services, Telecommunications systems/service, LAN switch technology (including Spanning tree, VTP domain management), routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP4).

·         Proven ability to manage a multi-vendor WAN, multi-protocol routing, including but not limited to NHRP, EIGRP, BPG4, OSPF and RIPv2.

·         Strong hands-on experience on Cisco Network Hardware like Cisco Nexus switches, Classic switches, Cisco ISR G2/ASR routers, Cisco ASA firewalls, Cisco WAN Optimizers, Cisco Autonomous/Lightweight Access Points & Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers

·         Hands-on experience on Multi-vendor hardware like Checkpoint firewalls, BIG IP F5 load balancers & Proxy hardware

·         Hands-on experience in some of or all following areas: VSS, Data Center Technologies, HSRP,  QoS, VoIP (Cisco/Avaya), DMVPN, SSL VPN/Ipsec VPN, Wireless technologies, DHCP management, Firewall skills, IPS/IDS, Internet proxy, F5 load balancers, WAAS, WCCP, MPLS services framework & Cisco Tele-presence hardware

·         Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in an efficient manner.

·         Proven experience of LAN/WAN/Security design & implementation experience; completing projects wing2wing from planning>design>implementation.

·         Demonstrated excellence in communications, presentation and customer focus skills.

·         Proven commitment to quality results.

·         Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

·         CCNP, CCDP is preferred

 

 

Title: SCSM Developer

Location: Redmond, WA

Duration: 6 months

 

Job Details:

Fast paced, dynamic environment which emphasizes quality and responsiveness to customers and a passion for IT Service Management.  The candidate will be part of a team that has a solution for ITSM technology automation and service delivery.  Key responsibilities focus on the development of the System Center Service Manager platform.  The ideal candidate will also have experience with the System Center Orchestrator.
Qualifications:
• An advanced understanding of the Microsoft System Center Service Manager platform with proven experience with WPF, C# and Powershell.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft System Center 2012 components with a strong focus on Service Manager and how it integrates with the other suite components.
• Service Manager Authoring, in combination with designing and integrating with runbooks in Orchestrator.
• Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision and as part of global team of service engineers.
• ITIL basics and how Service Manager supports these processes.

Description of Services -

Platform Administration:
• Develop understanding of business processes and services being supported by the System Center solution.
• Track management efforts in Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Analyze and resolve problems of medium-hard complexity.
• Documentation skills.
• Configure connectors and integrate products such as Orchestrator, Operations Manager Active Directory, Configuration Manager and SharePoint with Service Manager.
• Support the organization's change management policy, practice and methodology.
• Integration of third-party web front for Service Manager.

Required knowledge and experience:
• Orchestrator integration packs.
• 3+ years Developing SCSM (WPF, C#).
• Model / class based architecture in SCSM / SCOM,
• 3+ years PowerShell experience.

Core Knowledge:
• Understanding of Microsoft Management Platforms and roadmaps.
• Understanding of Microsoft Technology stack.
• ITSM and ITL Framework.
