· 8-10 Years' experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite in 11i /R12 versions
· 4-5 implementations' experience
· Expertise in Planning modules – MPS, MDS, MRP & ASCP, OM & Manufacturing modules
· Strong capabilities in understanding requirements and guiding customers to the right process & solutions
· Excellent communication skills – should be able to engage & guide senior business users in requirements & solution discussions
· Experience in working in a multi-application environment
· Should be able to guide offshore functional consultants to get the work done
