SAP Project Systems (PS) Functional Consultant

Paulsboro, NJ, USA

6 months+

Requisition Details:

•             5 - 6 years of experience in configuring, implementing and maintaining the SAP Project Systems (PS) module in Enterprise Central Component (ECC) 6.0

•             Bachelor's Degree

•             Strong knowledge in SAP Project systems configuration experience

•             Knowledge of SAP master data and transactional data, including Project Systems objects- work break down structures, as well as integration with other modules like MM, FI/CO & PM.

•             Provide in-depth SAP product knowledge to help support business and project Objectives

•             Configure the SAP system according to new or changing business requirements

•             Liaison with User community to identify and manage system priorities

•             Provide end user support and guidance

•             Perform and coordinate unit, integration and acceptance tests

•             Prepare deliverables, including documentation and training material

•             Prepare Functional Specifications and do handover to Technical Team

•             Ensure the Development Completion through continuous interaction with Technical Team

•             Ability to examine system support problems/correct for resolution

Job Responsibilities

•             Gather Functional Requirements

•             Prepare Functional Specifications

•             Conduct walk-through with Technical Team

•             Carry out Unit Testing, SIT

•             Conduct UAT with Users and get sign-off

•             Carry out cutover, go-live

•             Preparation of the Training documents, conducting training sessions

•             Do Hypercare support
