Oracle Functional R12 Tester
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Tools: HP ALM
Seeking Functional Oracle R12 HP ALM Tester with (5-7+) years' experience to perform manual, functional testing on multi-technology platform (to include Oracle R12, Salesforce.com and other integration applications) using HP ALM.
Responsibilities include:
* Review BRD's, functional design documents and technical design documents to generate testing requirements
* Take existing test cases and update them to industry best practices
* Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
* Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
* Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
* Configure and upload test cases into HP ALM
Requirements
* BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
* Experience with core Oracle business processes such as OTC, RTR, PTP and HTR
* Proven working experience in software development
* Proven working experience in software quality assurance
* Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools (HP ALM, JIRA) and processes
* Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
