· Polymorphism
· Encapsulation

· Debugging
· DB concepts and able to write SQL queries
· Code compile and build
· PB TFS plug-in for source control
Nice to have:
· TFS Source control
· TFS Team Explorer
· SQL Server DB
PREFERRED
· Onsite senior developer.
· Responsible for developing and delivering PowerBuilder bug fixes and code changes.
· Need to guide an offshore team in a Scrum environment.
· As such need good understanding of Scrum ceremonies and be able to handhold offshore team to get the deliveries in time.
· Good communication skills and ability to evaluate a design is preferable.
