1.       Location: Charlotte, NC

2.       We need IBM PIM candidates, not Oracle PIM

 

JD:

Resource should have good knowledge in below technical areas

and good communication skill to interface with BELK stakeholders.

 

·        IBM Infosphere for PIM 11.4

·        ReST services

·        SOAP Services

·        XML technologies

 

His/her responsibilities will include –

 

·        Liaising with BELK SMEs and IT personnel

·        Working closely with BELK Support groups and technical teams

·        Issues resolution and fixing

·        Ensuring adherence to Support SLAs

·        Interacting with Offshore teams and guiding them on Support issues

·        Effective leadership and guidance on PIM Support Incidents / issues
