BODS and Information Steward Skill Set and Hands on Experience
- Strong ETL knowledge
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Data Services Server architecture knowledge
- Experience working with Management Console, Admin console , Designer, Repositories and Server Manager Tools
- In-depth knowledge and hands on experience in Data Services Configuration, development, migration and troubleshooting
- In-depth knowledge and hands on experience in data migration, data quality, data conversion and data interfaces between systems.
- Hands on experience in using functions and writing custom functions
- Experience in Data Services Scripting Language to write scripts and custom functions to address complex logical expressions
- Experience in working with data store types : Adapter, Databases, SAP Applications, BW, Webservice SOAP and Websevice REST
- Experience in working with Data Services Transforms (Data Integrator, Data Quality, Platform)
- Work with Formats like Flat Files, Nested Schemas, Excel Workbooks
- Experience in BODS Jobs design and development / Real time and Batch
- Experience in job scheduling and monitoring job execution, auditing and tracing
- BO Data Services Change Management and Production rollout experience
Information Steward
- Data Integration, Data Profiling and Data Quality with Information Steward
- Experience in building quality scorecards using Information Steward
- Hands on experience in building data cleansing packages using Cleansing Package Builder of Information Steward
