Position: Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Functional

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 6+ Month/ Contract

Interview: Phone and Skype

              Only USC, GC or EAD-GC 

  Lead the implementation of the Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits modules. 

- Lead the full lifecycle from outlining scope, gathering requirements, creating functional design documents, configuration (prototyping) and testing.   

Required Qualifications / Skills: 

- Hands-on configuration experience with the Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits module.

- Subject Matter Expertise in HCM Cloud Fusion Benefits module 

- Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM / HRIS in content and life cycle. 

- 8+ years' experience implementing HCM solutions. 

- Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing) 

- Knowledge of the HR function and processes as they interact with benefits 

- Strong communication skills, both written and oral 

- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills 

- Aptitude for trouble-shooting and problem-solving
