Job Description:

 

Looking for Lead Mobile Developers for our  Client in CA. Candidates needs to be expertised in Mobile Development using (ios OR Android)

 

Must Have Skills

·Strong hands-on experience in providing end-to-end solution for Mobile development using iOS or Android (across various aspects of Mobile development such as security, maintainability, scalability, performance, best-in-class UI, web-services integration etc.)

· Prior experience in designing iOS/Android applications according to industry standards and best practices

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills in Mobile programming

· Excellent client-facing, inter-personal and communication skills

· Experience working as an onsite coordinator, sending status reports, following up with clients on risks, challenges and issues and getting them resolved and working with offshore team in an agile manner

 

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

· Understand the scope of the applications in detail (both the functional and technical aspects) and become the SME for the project

· Work as an onsite coordinator – own the project end-to-end, send status reports, follow-up with clients on risks, challenges and issues and get them resolved and work with offshore team in an agile manner to deliver the project successfully on-time and on-budget

· Diligently monitor scope creep and highlight this to the client as appropriate
