Rate: Open/hr C2C or W-2 equivalent

 

Qualifications:

Applicants must have at least five years of full-time or equivalent part-time, supervisory or managerial experience in business administration, business management or public administration.

 

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Public Administration or Business Management/Administration.
• At least 5 years experience in financial management, with time in a senior management level position a plus.
• Familiarity with or knowledge of the state budgeting process as well as state accounting, contracting, and procurement policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to organize and resolve competing priorities.
• Ability to delegate and drive tasks to completion effectively.
• Experience in fiscal management of large IT services contracts including cloud based solutions.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new fiscal needs of an organization.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
