Position:  SAP CRM Tech Analyst
 
Duration: 6 months

 Immediate Hire

 Description:
 Performs all job duties under minimal direction and supervision.  Major responsibilities include the following; conducts analysis of requirements, develops preliminary and detail design specifications and implements SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and SAP ECC (Enterprise Central Component) application systems or modifications to existing SAP CRM and SAP ECC systems. On major projects usually works as a senior team member under general direction of a senior staff member or the assigned project leader.  Assignments may include customized development or the selection and implementation of package software. The scope of specific responsibilities typically include tasks of high complexity.  Emphasis of this position focuses on requirements definition, analysis, technical design and construction.
 
Experience Required:
•    ABAP programming experience enhancing BAPIs, BADIs, Function Modules, etc.
•    Experience with the SAP Sales and Distribution module.
•    Readily picks up and applies new business concepts, new application systems, and new technology, to all job activities and specific project assignments.
•    Communicates effectively, both oral and written, with other Information Technology staff and end-customer department personnel.
•    Works effectively on project teams as a participant.
•    Two or Four year college degree and 3-5 years of SAP R/3 (ECC) experience

Preferred Experience
•    3-5 years of SAP CRM experience
•    Experience with analysis, coding and test functions within the SAP CRM 7.0 environment as well as the overall landscape including NetWeaver, ECC, BI, and Enterprise
•    Practical experience with SAP CRM Web Client, UI and BSP Applications.  CRM Interaction Center, CRM Sales, CRM Marketing
•    Experience with mapping and configuration of Organizational Structure.  Knowledge of Business Partners and attributes configuration, like roles, relationships and screen settings.
•    Practical experience with CRM Middleware basic functions such as BDoc Modeling, RFC queues, and replication filtering.
