Experience in analyzing large datasets   

Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM solution            

Experience with state, local or federal government HR practices                   

SDLC experience             

Project Management experience            

Overall IT experience    

Requirements Gathering and Business Metrics Development    

Bachelor's in Information Management, Engineering or related fields
