Position: Java Developer (Dojo is a Must)
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Looking for an experienced, energetic and dedicated software engineer/Tech lead, to help design, build & integrate the next-generation Cisco Prime management suite.
Candidate will need to possess excellent coding & troubleshooting skills, have proven experience with software design & implementation, and background involving building and integrating systems.
The successful applicant should possess the following particular skills and experience:
· 8+ years of java programming and/or Web development using JavaScript (or JavaScript frameworks), AJAX (web 2.0)
· Experience with developing RESTful web-services & mobile applications.
· Dojo is a Must.
· Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science (or similar/relevant field) or equivalent experience
· Ability to take ownership and provide leadership
· Highly energized, motivated individual.
· Team player, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills to balance requirements, manage expectations, and drive effective results
· Proactive attitude in identifying and resolving issues and risks
· Good understanding of usability
· Experience with Spring framework is a plus
· Experience with Hibernate is a plus
· Agile development experience desirable
