Job Description:

·         Must Have Skills:

·          

·         At least 8-10 years' experience in FileNet P8 4.0 and 4.5 development.

·         Hands on experience in Java, J2ee, XML, Filenet Webparts, Quickr for CM8

·         Strong design and implementation experience with key Filenet product suite like P8, P8 records Manager, IBM Content Collector , IBM Content Analyzer,P8 Process Analyser

 

·         Good Integration knowledge of Filenet platform with external Enterprise systems such as SAP, CRM

·         Understanding of IBM COLD systems, Panagon to P8 Migration, P8 version upgrade process etc

·         Have hands on experience monitoring Filenet servers (AE, PE & CE

·         Integration exposure with leading capture products, like FileNet Capture, Kofax, Captiva, Datacap

·         Expereince in Workplace XT framework & Customizations

·         Troubleshooting issues related to Filenet P8 & Workplace XT custom built applications.

·         Should have managed projects in content management space with an lead Architect role

·         Good Team player Self-starter and highly motivated individual.

·         Should be able to operate with minimal direction.

·         Experience in proposal preparation, estimation, and other pre-sales activities

·         Experience in designing large ECM system.

·         Strong customer orientation with the ability to manage challenging relationships.

·         Process oriented with an unrelenting drive for continuous improvement

·         Strategic thinking experience in scoping, solution and design

·         Experience in delivering presentation / Demo to internal and external customers
