•             Leads the design, development, implementation, and support of information technology solutions in MS Sharepoint 2010/2013

•             Defines project scope, plans, and deliverables, including and proposed implementation dates. 

•             Researches, analyzes, recommends, and implements new technologies, standard processes, tools, and techniques. Assist in defining alternate solutions for the business problem.

•             Responsible for the functional design and architecture of application systems, Translates user requirements to process and data requirements. 

•             Understands and documents business requirements and user requirements to ensure system designs meets business needs.

•             Constructs program flow charts to describe the processing of data and development of precise steps and processing logic across all platforms. 

•             Responsible for a liaison role between the business and the providers of IT services to ensure functional specs are understood and they have what they need to develop their tech specs.

•             Coordinate with the development team for solution development and testing.

•             Testing the solution to ensure that the business requirements are met. 

•             Analyzes issues to be solved within an enterprise and helps provide solutions to meet the desired business outcomes through the use of IT.  

•             Ensures knowledge transfer to the support organization occurs prior to system go-live.

•             Schedules and communicate the system go-live date.

•             Develops and/or update documentation and training materials.

•             Ensures IT and SOX compliance is covered
