Position: Sr. Support Analyst- Business Objects

Location: Cambridge, MA

Duration: Longterm

Mandatory Skills:

Business Objects, Oracle, SQL

Description:

·         Has troubleshooting and problem solving skills for resolve BO related Issues

·         Coordinates with end users for problem / issue resolution

·         Develop data analysis and initiate appropriate design model tools.

·         Develop, maintain and enhance Enterprise Reporting

·         Executing/ensuring execution of these processes:
· New report creation
· Changes to, support of existing reports
· Creation of data elements
· Changes to, support of existing data element.

·         Attending, tracking and reporting of:
· SLA
· Support queries & enhancement.
