Location : Omaha, NE

Major Job Function: 

Analyze, design, develop and validate technical and data solutions 

Essential Job Functions :

Work with Business and IT leaders to drive out data requirements 
Responsible for verifying accuracy of data, and the maintenance and support of the data warehouse 
Resolve data conflicts and inappropriate use of data 
Create designs for complex data extracts and ETL workflows. 
Complete data analysis and design artifacts as required within each Agile release, with good quality, on or before planned dates. 
Participate in design reviews to ensure best practices within source-system and source-to-target analysis. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
Strong communication (both written and oral) and facilitation skills. Able to communicate technical concepts to others. 
Strong understanding of relational and dimensional databases 
Detailed understanding of logical and physical data modeling standards 
Highly motivated with the ability to organize and prioritize a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment 
Experienced with data modeling tools such as ER Studio. 
In depth understanding of XSD, XML and XML related technologies. 
Ability to write complex TSQL queries. 
In depth understanding of SQL Server and Transact SQL and XQuery. 
Perform detailed source-system analysis, source-to-target data mapping, transformation analysis, and associated documentation.
