RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle IT Asset Management Request - Infrastructure hardware and software assets
- Creating, searching for and modifying CI records.
- Adding additional details, and relating other items to the CI record
- Making sure that customers are renewing or renegotiating their contracts.
- Managing inventory and Asset life cycle
- Perform periodic asset audit to ensure CMDB data is accurate
- Creating purchase requisitions
- Reconciling CIs and marking duplicates for deletion
- Creating maintenance or audit schedules for CIs
- Optimize Asset Operations and Maintenance
REQUIREMENT:
- ITIL Certification with 3+ years of IT asset management experience
- Hands on experience in using Asset Management tool
- Familiar with asset contracts with leases
