Job Role: Cassandra No SQL developer

Location: Durham, NC/ Morrisville, NC

Duration: 12+ Months 

 

Job Description:

Experience in major NoSQL databases. Examples:

 • Cloudant, MongoDB, Cassandra or HBase, Allegro…
 • Experience modeling and building complex and large data management systems.
 • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 • Strong technical leadership skills.

Major Responsibilities:
 • Evaluate and assess NoSQL database technologies
 • Design and develop applications based on NoSQL databases. Build and deploy real production systems with scientists who have high expectations for quality, turnaround, performance and reliability
 • Create and promote interoperable systems and promote the efficient reuse of software and data between disparate systems
