Position: Test Manager/QA lead

Location: Framingham, MA

Duration: 12 Months

 

Mandatory: 3+ years of exp in selenium

 

Description:

SELENIUM, QC/QTP, Agile, Oracle
To lead the testing team to ensure the deliverables meet the client requirements and the specified quality and timeline parameters.

• - Experience with Testing, Selenium and IBM Rational Test Workbench including IBM Rational Integration Tester. 

• - Works with the development team in a Test Driven Development Mode 
• - Understands the Business requirements and defines the test Automation use cases .

• - Reviews and may provide input during requirements and specification walkthroughs 
• - Contributes to the development of test plans 
• - Provides test estimates for release scope 

• - Experience in Java, J2EE, IBM/Sterling OMS and Sonic MQ Message Manager

The professional should: 
• - Have hands on Selenium professional 
• - Defines, develops, maintains, and executes test scripts 
• - Works with the Development team to understand the business and system requirements 
• - Ensures system requirements are satisfied for internal and external application users - Ensures assigned project testing is complete and testing risks are identified prior to implementation
