This individual will assist with maintenance and new functionality design of a complex ASP & ASP.NET based architecture application. They will be performing activities related to writing, testing and documenting the code needed. They will participate in the integration of new application components and linking them into the existing .NET platform to ensure functionality is correctly developed.

 

The following activities are indicative of the assignments/outcomes expected of this individual:

 

•             Participation in the requirements gathering, and design sessions for development.

•             Modeling and documenting solutions for changes and enhancements

•             Assist the Application Development team in preparing technical designs and automating construction activity records.

•             Will work as part of the development team to perform technical activities related to writing the instruction code.

•             Will participate in the integration of new components and linking them into existing .NET platform to ensure functionality is correctly developed.

•             Support the application through the testing, pilot, and implementation phases, including product test, stress/load test etc.

•             Developing appropriate system documentation.

•             Assist Implementations staff, when needed, on reviewing system release notes.

 

Skills Needed

·         60 months of experience in web technology working with ASP.Net, ASP, HTML, DHTML, CSS and JavaScript experience utilizing Visual Studio.Net, Visual SourceSafe

·         60 months of experience working in the Microsoft SQL Server environment, with emphasis on T-SQL

·         6 months of experience with XML

·         6 months of experience with VBScript.

·         12 months of experience working with Crystal Reports or SSRS

·         6 months of experience working with SQL Server Integration Services

·         Twenty-four (24) months experience performing regression and integration testing.
