Job Title: QA Analyst
Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado
Duration:  6 Months

Must be Local to Colorado
Responsibilities:
Responsible for testing multiple projects at one time, in various different stages of the projects in a fast-paced environment.
Design test cases and execute testing of Web applications.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Business Analysis and Development teams
Collaborate within a scrum team to prevent defects.
Coordinating with offshore resources
Perform data analysis, testing and validation using SQL queries and data-driven testing methodologies to create repeatable tests that leverage source to target validation.
Perform exploratory testing beyond pre-existing test cases and User Stories.
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, working independently.

Required Skills:
5-7 years of Quality Assurance experience
Experience writing and executing formal test scripts
Experience writing automated test scripts using Selenium – preferably on the C#/.NET platform
Experience working in an agile environment
Knowledge of web services and how to test services directly using XML messages
Microsoft Test Manager
Command line scripting (.bat, .cmd)
Must be knowledgeable with SQL and be able to write queries and test against the database
Must have a flexible personality and be willing to explore different options etc.
Must be able to work in a team atmosphere and have the ability to speak up and know when to give push back
Must be able to work with offshore resources
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, general Management Information Systems, or related field, or a combination of work in a general business environment and educational experience that

demonstrates work associated with independently testing of all application systems.
Incumbents should be very knowledgeable with work performed in an operational environment and the ability to understand how data processing/information systems, expedites work processes.

Incumbents should have significant experience in technical systems testing, analytical techniques and a working knowledge of structured testing methodology and various software testing tools is required.

The incumbent works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.
The incumbent exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Contacts pertain to significant matters often involving coordination among groups.

Incumbents should possess above average verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information within a public setting. Incumbents should be able to function independently as

well as being an effective team member.
