Job Title: Quality Analyst
Location: Irvine, CA
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Must haves:
• 8+ years experience MS SQL required.
• Must have 8+ years of solid QA experience.
• 5-7 years of data validation experience required.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience Windows client/server and web based applications required.
• Must have knowledge of business workflow modeling techniques and systems development lifecycle methodology.
• A Bachelor's in degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline is required.
• Abilities/Skills - Strong experience with QA processes and methodologies required; automated and manual test processes, test cases design, scripting, execution, automated test tools, regression testing.
• Stress, load and performance test tool(s) experience is highly desired
• Experience in implementing an automated test environment required.
• Development experience with C#.net, ASP.net is preferred
• Well developed communication skills oral, written and listening.
• Good analytical, negotiation skills, and close attention to detail.
• Communicates clearly and effectively.
• Excellent time management and project management skills, including the ability to lead, facilitate and organize.
• Must have excellent teamwork, interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all management levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment are required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms are also required.
