Preferred All candidates must be immediately available for phone and onsite interview
1. Recent college graduate
2. Two to three years of responsible work experience (Business analysis type experience is preferable)
3. Comfortable with and good at presenting work projects and ideas to small groups (say up to 10)
4. All around strong verbal and written communication skills
5. Willing to work really hard and be flexible because new deadlines pop-up all the time with little warning
