Position – Technical Project Manager
Location – Atlanta, GA
Duration – 12+ Months Contract
Senior Technical Project Manager for a 5-6 month cloud migration project to build and install a new cloud environment, then migrate existing OBIEE code and reports.
Candidate must be a solid Project Manager with technical understanding, capable of developing project plans and articulating state of project, timelines, risk assessments, next steps, and in front of stakeholders.
Required skills:
10 to 15 years of IT experience with 8 to 10 years of PM experience
Experience as a Project Manager with Oracle Managed Cloud Services
5+ years experience managing OBIEE implementations
Functional knowledge (Should be conceptually technical but will not be coding or developing on Oracle Applications including:
Procurement & Spend, Financial Analytics, HR, Revenue (custom OBIEE)
OBIEE with ODI implementation
OBIEE with EBS implementation
Experience working with Oracle RPD environment
Experience working in an Informatica and BI Publisher environment
Highly competent with MS Project and standard desktop MS Office applications
Solid knowledge of project management discipline and methodologies
Proven knowledgeable of Software Development Lifecycles and Methodologies (i.e. Agile, Waterfall, hybrid etc.)
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage complex project dependencies.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage project teams of up to 10 people
Effective communication with mid to upper level management
Demonstrated work ethic, focus, and self-discipline
