Job Description:
*60 months of experience implementing SAS Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI) projects *** Documented 60 months experience MUST be using: SAS Information Delivery Portal, SAS Web Report Studio, SAS Information Map Studio, SAS Management Console, SAS Stored Process Web Application, or SAS OLAP Cube Studio. Base SAS technologies (SAS Enterprise Guide, Base SAS, SAS/Macros, SAS ODS, SAS STAT) do NOT qualify for this experience.
*60 months creating, registering, and deploying stored processes within SAS Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI) Stored Process Web Application *** SAS Enterprise Guide does NOT qualify for this experience.
*84 months experience using the following SAS technologies: Base SAS, SAS/Macros, Enterprise Guide, SAS ODS, SAS STAT and SAS Graph in both Windows and Unix operating systems ** Candidate must have experience in all technologies listed.
*84 months experience in SAS Intrnet SAS Business Intelligence (BI) Content Development for SAS 9 certification *** SAS Certified Base Programmer or SAS Certified Advanced programmer does NOT qualify
*84 Months experience using SAS Access to Oracle
*60 months experience developing SAS Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI) dashboards and data Visualization.

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Albany, NY
Duration: 24 Months Contract

Job Description:
*60 months of experience in a project manager role on large and small scale client-facing software development projects.
*60 months of experience in documenting, managing and communicating project scope, and participating in requirements management.
*60 months of experience in tracking, managing and communicating issues and risks.
*60 months of experience in scheduling and tracking projects using automated tools including Microsoft Project.
*60 months of experience in facilitating and managing communication across stakeholder groups including program management staff and technical service management staff.
*36 months of experience in defining quality control processes and metrics.
*12 months of experience in managing public sector government IT projects.
*Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification
*Bachelor's Degree A copy of the degree must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form.

Job Title: C#.NET/VB.NET Developer
Location: Albany, NY
Duration: 24 Months Contract

Job Description:
*72 Months Demonstrated experience programming web based applications in C#.Net, VB.Net in a Multi-Tier environment with focus on using an Oracle database.
*60 Months Demonstrated experience with Oracle 9i or higher (NOT Microsoft SQL Server or MS Access) in ORACLE PL/SQL coding utilizing stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, creating tables, etc. using an ORACLE 9i or higher (NOT Microsoft SQL Server or MS Access) database.
*60 Months Demonstrated experience following and practicing application development SDLC, including but not limited to, business and system analysis; utilizing JAD sessions, client interviews and subject matter experts to gather requirements; application design and development; testing and maintenance.
*24 Months Demonstrated experience developing applications for complex Health related patient records, such as Medicaid, Episodes of Care, patient Incident Management and HIPAA protected data for large organizations; Federal, State or Local Agencies.
*24 Months Demonstrated experience designing and invoking Crystal Reports (NOT SSRS) from web based applications using an Oracle database.
*60 Months Demonstrated experience with Ajax, JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheets, and HTML.
*24 Months Demonstrated experience using a Data Manipulation Tool to write and test Oracle PL/SQL code (such as Toad for Oracle).
*12 Months Demonstrated experience using source code management software such as Subversion.
