Solutions Architect II performs architecture planning in support of key IT initiatives. The candidate focuses on requirements & design phases, supports development, testing, and issue escalation. The candidate manages and promotes use of IT standards, serves as subject matter expert to FNM projects and provides support for project team members. The candidate is required to lead a large team of developers, performs architecture designs and solves complex module and system level application issues.
Required Skills:
• Expertise with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Ability to manage large development teams
• Ability to apply complex design patterns to defined problems
• Expertise in the proper application of design techniques, methodologies and languages such as Design Patterns, Rational Rose, Java, J2EE, Web logic, Web sphere, HTML, EJB, Swing, JMS
• 2+ years of TIBCO experience
• Ability to manage large development teams
• Ability to apply complex design patterns to defined problems
• Expertise in the proper application of design techniques, methodologies and languages such as Design Patterns, Rational Rose, Java, J2EE, Web logic, Web sphere, HTML, EJB, Swing, JMS
• 2+ years of TIBCO experience
• Expertise in business process modeling, client/server technology, data/system security knowledge, database knowledge, integrated solution design and middleware technologies
• 8 years of related development experience
• 4 years of experience leading development teams
• Proven experience with advanced system design techniques

Education:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• Post-graduate degree desired
• Professional certification(s) desired
