Job Description:

 

Infor WFM Experience (Primary) & PeopleSoft Functional Skills (Secondary) :
Candidate should have excellent Infor Workbrain experience and should have worked in both 5.x and 6.x versions as a Primary Skill set.
Candidate will have an additional advantage if he has a good PeopleSoft NA Payroll 9.x experience as secondary skill set .

Working experience on Below Modules

Infor Workbrain:

Functional Experience on Daily Time Sheet logic.
Functional Experience on Weekly Time Sheet logic.
Scheduling & Running Feeders using job Schedulers.
Functional Experience on Setting up Calc Groups and Rules.
Should know the Workbrain Integration with Different HR System & Payroll System (PeopleSoft Or Infor WFM).
Functional Experience on Absence management module in Infor Workbrain Application.

Expertise in PeopleSoft Payroll modules:

North America Payroll, Compensate Employees, Payroll Consolidation, PS Payroll Interface, Global Payroll, Time & Labor, including the writing of time and labor rules and Absence Management modules

Expertise in PeopleSoft HR modules:

Work Force Admin, ESS, MSS

Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills, organizational, planning and technical skills to achieve professional results.

Expertise in following Technical areas:
People Tools: People Tools 8.5 xs, Application Designer, People Code, Application Engine, Component Interface, Workflow, File Layout, Integration Broker.
Platform: UNIX.
Report Tools: XML Publisher, SQRs and PS Query, Crystal Report
RDBMS: Oracle10g/9i/8i
SQL Programming Tool: Toad
Operating Systems: Windows Vista, XP, UNIX, Windows 2000, Windows NT

Job Requirement
• Minimum 7 years in software business analysis, testing, or related IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years of testing experience Infor Workbrain modules or related IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of testing experience in PeopleSoft HR, Time, payroll & Absence modules.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM core modules—Payroll, Time & Labor module, base benefits, benefits administration
• Experience with Process Scheduler, Report Manager, Query tools.
• Experience testing in Kronos.
• Experience writing medium to complex SQL queries in order to validate the test scenarios.
• Ability to work with SQL Server, Quality Center, People Tools.
• Flexibility to adapt to testing of different modules within PeopleSoft applications.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Must be flexible to adapt to changing priorities and require minimal supervision.
• Good understanding of client-server based design models.
• Experience executing end-to-end workflow of operations.
• Planning, Communication and Leadership skills necessary
