Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills	Senior Java Developers • Minimum 5 + years of experience in Java development • Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java/J2EE platforms • Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns like MVC , Singleton ,etc., • Experience in Java and internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction management, Exception Management etc.) • Experience & knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, Hibernate, Collection APIs, struts, struts2, springs, and web service, JavaScript, jQuery.
Roles and responsibility	Design , Develop , Performance Tuning of Database and Java Code . Object Oriented analysis and design.
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills	Background in Insurance or Healthcare a plus. Experience in Agile development environment desirable.
Total experience in required skill (years)	5+ years
