· Well versed with different testing methodologies - Requirement Analysis, BVT, Deployment, Integration Testing, System Testing, Security Testing, Compatibility Testing, Performance Testing, Accessibility Testing, User Acceptance Testing
· Hands on experience in the areas of STLC such as test development, test planning, test execution, defect management, test efficiency, Code Coverage
· Familiarity with Test Processes, Microsoft Test Manager, Build Process and Automation (Optional) "

· Strong Knowledge of CRM Technical areas like writing Plug-ins, custom workflows, JavaScript, JQuery.
· Experience on Microsoft SQL server 2005/2008 and should have knowledge in developing complex SSRS based reports for CRM
· Knowledge on Email router(configuration and troubleshooting)
· Should have good knowledge in integrating CRM with other systems like Oracle ERP, Legacy systems and external Websites."
