Job Role: Test Lead

Location: New  Haven, CT

Duration: 12+ Months 

 

Job Description:

•           5 years of experience managing a team of test specialists

•           Minimum 2 years of experience with the HP ALM/QC tool

•           Preferable experience testing ETL and Data Warehouse technology

•           Experience and understanding of Service Oriented Architecture

•           Experience testing SOAP and REST Webservices using SOAPUI and similar tools

•           Experience with automation testing using QTP

•           Preferable experience in Security testing

•           Ability to develop complex SQL queries

•           Ability to find gaps quickly and provide actionable solutions

•           Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies

•           Demonstrate strong understanding of the SDLC/STLC process

•           In depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices

•           Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Adaptability to shift between projects and workload and be productive quickly

•           Ability to quickly learn the application business area and its requirements

                EXPERIENCE IN IAM IS A  NECESSITY

•           Strong planning and leadership skills

•           Excellent communicator – will always be working in a team environment with developers, BA's, PM's, and clients
