Position: OBIEE Report Developer

Location: Boston MA

Duration: 12+ Months

                                     

Job Description:

The primary role for this individual will be to serve as a dedicated resource to a project team working on application reporting for our MBA and Doctoral programs, using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition/BI Publisher (OBIEE).

 

Major Job Responsibilities

• Design, development and documentation of data models and end-user reporting, using data across transactional systems databases and the HBS data warehouse.

• Work with other programmers, designers, and architects to make sure that the components meet business requirements.

• Support unit, functional, system and performance testing of reporting.

• Publish reports, schedule and execute reporting jobs as required.

• Provide timely project status reports and escalate issues appropriately.

 

Essential Qualifications

• Expertise with OBIEE/BI Publisher v11

• Proficiency with relational databases, specifically Oracle PL/SQL

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills are required.

• Must be a self-starter who uses good judgment and initiative to undertake activities with minimal supervision. Ability to work alone or within a team environment.
