Our Client is looking Java Mobile Developer in CA for Long Term. Please share updated resume with billing rate expectation ASAP.  

 

Job Title: Java Mobile Developer

Location: Foster City, CA

Duration: 12 Months

 

Required Experience/ Skills

o Expert ability to work independently and manage one's time. 
o Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. 
o Strong foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design optimized for mobile platform. (required) . 
o J2EE and Java Programmer Certification a Plus 
o Experience in Spring Framework stack and Hibernate (required). 
o Experience with web services standards and related technologies (XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, WS*, AXIS, JERSEY) 
o Strong experience with REST API design and implementation. 
o Experience working with a variety of Applications Servers and Databases (Primarily Tomcat and Oracle). 
o Experience integrating with asynchronous messaging systems such as MQ Series. 
o Knowledge Mobile platform security practices. 
o Experience using RESTful APIs to integrate mobile applications to server side systems. 
o Solid coding practices including good design documentation, unit testing, source control (GIT, SVN etc) and peer code-reviews. 
o Knowledge of OWASP and security standards. 
o Ability to understand architecture and well versed with UML notations. 
o Ability and desire to learn new skills and take on new initiatives. 
o Proven ability to work and have fun in a team environment. 

 

Education/Experience:

• (XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, WS*, AXIS, JERSEY) Java APIS (e.g. JMS, JPA, JNDI, EJB, RMI, JAX, etc.) (required).

• J2EE and Java Programmer Certification a Plus

• Spring Framework stack and Hibernate (required).with REST API design and implementation

• Primarily Tomcat and Oracle).messaging systems such as MQ Series; unit testing, source control (GIT, SVN etc.) ;OWASP and security standards. UML notations
