JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Skills/Experience Requirements
· Contribute to discussions with cross-functional teams to incorporate design feedback appropriately.
· Fluency in best practices for mobile and web-based design, as well as strong knowledge of information architecture.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in small groups to defend your designs.
· Stay current with the latest design and technology trends across web, desktop, and mobile platforms, and adopt modern techniques as appropriate.
· 3+ years of experience as an interactive designer, user interface designer, or a similar role.
· Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Fireworks. Experience with After Effects and prototyping tools is a plus.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Be a self-starter who is a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and an enthusiastic team player.
· Familiarity with the technical considerations required when designing for multiple devices (i.e. HTML, CSS and JavaScript)
· Have at least two apps for recognizable brands in market (available for download in iTunes and/or Google Play).
