Job Title : Analyst- HRIS System Admin

Rate : DOE

Location : Ann Arbor,MI

Duration : 6-12 months

Interview: Telephonic followed by F2F

Requirements :


RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 

(45%) Design and Development.
• Executes all phases of systems and programming activities including, design, coding, debugging, documentation and testing. 
• Helps to identify and implement changes either to PeopleSoft or to Domino's business processes to improve functionality, performance, integration, or efficiency.
• Participates in project planning sessions to understand the technical requirements to implement a solution.
• Participates with IT Management in identifying opportunities to utilize systems and technology to drive the business.
• Actively participates in review of development and coding standards of externally contracted development team.
• Follows coding standards as set by Domino's.


(40%) Troubleshooting and Support of HRMS Application.
• Ensures appropriate integration with PeopleSoft.
• Monitors IS progress on interface, conversion and integration tasks.
• Corrects programming errors as production support.


(10%) Database Management and System Concept/Design.
• DB2 and SQL Server database performance understanding and SQL programming.


(5%) Functional User Training.
• Provides sufficient documentation to functional departments on new development of enhancements to current operating environment.


COMMUNICATIONS GUIDELINES 

• Communicates any problems, ideas or opportunities related to the application with the PeopleSoft HRMS functional areas.
• Accurately and definitively explains, orally and written, the use of applications to functional users.
• Provides brief and concise documentation.
• Attention to detail and coding standards is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering. 
• 6 years minimum technical experience in Benefits, Payroll AND HR Application Systems. 
• Relational database experience required (DB2, SQL Server a plus). 
• Linux experience a plus. 

• Strong experience in PeopleSoft Development and related tools, such as Application Designer, Peoplecode, App Engine and SQR.



Job Title : Java Developer with Webservices exp

Rate : DOE

Experience :

Location :  Miami, FL

Duration : 6-12 months extendable

Interview: Telephonic followed F2F

Requirements :



Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. Engineering, or related area such as Information Technology or MIS 
8+ years of Java development and design skills for large IT systems 
5 years' experience with J2EE, web services and SOA 
4 years' experience of XML, JSP, Spring Framework (preferred) 
5 years' experience in WEB design, WEB development, analysis and programming 
Full life cycle development experience in building E-commerce applications utilizing latest internet technologies 
SOA/Portal Integration knowledge 
More than 4 years of experience, as an enterprise developer, planning and implementation in large accredited companies 

Very knowledgeable about Unix, Linux, Windows, Web logic, Web Sphere, Network configurations, server Clustering, Oracle DBMS, LDAP, and eclipse 


Job Title : Interactive Reporting Developer

Rate : DOE

Experience :

Location : Boston, MA 

Duration : 6+ months

Interview: Telephonic followed by F2F

Requirements :


IR (Interactive Reporting) report developer for conversion of V9 to V11 
· High complexity level (includes JavaScript) 

Immediate need 

Current Environment: 
· 2 node servers that just have IR 
· Separate infrastructure of other servers have full OBIEE (no Essbase) – but will not be used for this project. Future direction will be to migrate to BI Publisher & Analysis. 
· Data source is primarily an Oracle data warehouse that acts as an ODS of Salesforce. Data updates frequently – 15 minute increments and hourly increments. There may be other data sources as well. 
· Approximately 200 reports/dashboards built over the last 9 years 
· Approximately 200 users – the Executive education group 
· Native FR Job scheduler is used 
· Reports provide insights such as "What teacher taught what class, and how much are they are owed?" and "What students attended specific classes?". The reporting is near real time. 

Background: 
· Reports were built by the executive education "business areas" 
· The business areas have the technical subject matter knowledge and been converting the reports, but are falling behind and need help with the conversion efforts 
· The staff augmentation area will "work in the trenches on report conversions with the business areas" 
· The reports are complex with JavaScript and multi-tab Excel outputs
